I haven't read all of it right now but I'm still missing one thing: The deployment of ClickOnce applications with an integrated version upgrading.

Is it possible to implement this in any of the further releases?

I gathered some experience within the deployment of oracle databases (Toad Extension for VS), maybe this is also a good point to add for some people?

Clickonce is a scenario we would like to cover for subsequent releases: stay tuned.
